Your brief.

How the website handles the information you submit to x39.
What is collected and why.
The enquiry forms collect your name, email and the task details you provide, plus any optional company, location and project information. A reference number and submission time are saved with the brief.
Briefs are stored in the website’s hosted storage so x39 can review requirements and respond. The enquiry inbox is restricted to the site owner. Submitting a brief does not add you to a mailing list or authorise recording at your workplace.
Keep the first brief high level.
Please do not submit confidential files, sensitive personal information or details about other people. This form is for discussing requirements; it is not a dataset upload or a recording consent process.
Collection has separate terms.
For a collection engagement, recording permissions, participant handling, ownership, permitted uses and any restrictions need to be agreed before recording. This enquiry notice does not grant rights to recordings.
